Thierry BAUX

Thierry founded B-ressource in 2006, after several management experiences. He had worked as an HR consultant in a European firm, before returning to general management, sales and marketing responsibilities at Sixt and then Air Canada. In 2005, his final leadership roles at Expedia covered Southern Europe and the Middle East. For 15 years as an HR and recruitment consultant, Thierry has used his experience with a conviction shared by his clients: "Beyond skills - Matching personalities is the key to success in recruitment".
